CNC Milling

With over 20 CNC's both vertical, horizontal, 4th axis and twin pallet machining centers, BAW offers large capacity to give the customer fast turnaround on small through to large volumes.

BAW's ability to design and manufacture fixturing and gauging required in-house, enables us to give the customer the one stop shop they require.

CNC Turning

Mori Seiki lathes with driven tooling and 4th axis capability give our turning section the ability to produce the work of the highest quality. Our set up is suited to both prototype work as well as high volume cnc turning of medium sized components in all materials.

Grinding

BAW's push towards total quality continues through our universal surface and cylindrical grinding sections. Large capacity Jones and Shipman machines are maintained to the highest standard to ensure consistent accuracy in all materials. Our skilled workforce are able to achieve accuracies as fine as 0.002mm.

EDM

Agie Machines in a clean room environment allow all aspects of spark and wire erosion to be carried out to tolerances as fine as 0.002mm. Large capacity machines give BAW the ability to tackle one off or production erosion requirements.

Inspection and Quality

With full time inspection ISO9001:2000 accreditation and all the technologies that a modern inspection department requires BAW is able to offer the customer a full inspection and quality reporting package.

Electronic surface finish, and hardness testing coupled with 3D measurement enables BAW to supply precision engineering with full trace ability.
